Passion Vodka Crush
Start with a generous amount of crushed ice in a Boston shaker. Add 60ml Vodka, 15ml Vanilla Vodka and 60ml Passionfruit pulp. Shake. Load a lowball glass with crushed ice and strain in the cocktail. Top the glass with lemonade.
45ml Caramel Vodka, 20ml Kahlua, 8ml Hazelnut Vodka, 30ml fresh espresso, Shake hard with ice and double strain into a martini glass, garnish with 3 coffee beans.
60ml Caramel Vodka in a lowball, a generous layer of ice cubes, top the glass with fresh pressed apple juice. Stir with a Cinnamon stick.
Mix 40ml Underground Vanilla Vodka, 20ml Limoncello, 15ml Frangelico, 25ml lemon juice and 25ml pineapple juice. Shake with ice and double strain in a martini glass and garnish with fresh rosemary.
Strawberry Hazelnut Shortcake
Muddle a handful of strawberries until smooth, 60ml Hazelnut Vodka, a generous handful crushed ice, pour into a highball until chilled. Top with a dash of lime.
Pink Pepperberry 75
Shake 30ml Shiraz Pepperberry Gin, 10ml lemon juice and a teaspoon of superfine sugar in a cocktail shaker with crushed ice. Strain into a flute and top with cold prosecco or indulgent champagne. Garnish with pomegranate for added pop of pink.
